December Newsletter

December Newsletter

As I reflect on the last year many emotions come to mind, excitement, joy, fear, love, warmth, frustration, and finally peace.  I think most of you can relate to those feelings as we all deal with a December-Newslettermultitude of daily life altering experiences.  But the last few months I have made a conscious EFFORT to understand that no matter what life hands me, I have the ability to CHOOSE HOW I HANDLE THEM.  I am choosing to handle life with grace, forgiveness, and love.  I have made a choice to MAKE the time for life enriching activities that are important to me, my family, and my health: impacting my overall well being.  I am making the time to exercise (once a week is better than nothing!), to enjoy personal creative expression (paint nite counts right! Oh and I have started to knit!) and I am making the time to listen to my body and learn about my bodies cravings, feelings and conditions.

At Artful Home Care, we are learning more each day and making an active effort to share what we are learning with clients, caregivers, our community and our families.  We want to see each and every one of you thrive.  We are a resource for those seeking personal care for themselves or their family members.  Whether your needs are related to aging, a chronic medical condition, or a personal need to improve your health and lifestyle, we are there for you!  Call us to learn how our “Art for Health” community programs or our private in home care can be an integral part to making better choices for yourself and your loved ones in 2016.

So as we celebrate the Christmas holiday and the coming of the new year make a vow to yourself to be a better you in 2016!  The trick is you can only become a better you if you make the effort to change your ways!  The good news is that a little effort and a little change can go a long way!

Sending each of you encouragement, warm wishes and many blessings at this special time of year!

With Gratitude,
