We’ve been developing an ART FOR HEALTH initiative at Artful Home Care and thought you would love it! It is an opportunity to let others know about the wonderful programs available on our unique, culturally rich East End.

Mary at our Memory Mapping Workshop

Our Art for Health lecture series: “Looking Forward to Aging on the East End,” will be panel discussions highlighting opportunities for increasing QUALITY OF LIFE while aging on the East End. Think top nutritionists, psychologists, Wellness organizations, art therapists, music therapists, pet therapy advocates, life coaches, caregivers, end of life doula’s, writers, artists and more!

Our goal is to enhance wellness for our older active community members as well as those aging at home who may even be in need of home care.

The first lecture will take place at the Southampton Art Center Saturday, May 11th, 3:30 pm and the second lecture is scheduled for this June 8th, 3 pm at Guild Hall in East Hampton. The Guild Hall discussion is made possible through the generous support of Brent and Laura Nicklas.

By sharing this experience with our caregivers, we will bring this creative cognitive stimulation tool to the clients of Artful Home Care!
