Questions about Wellness? Nutrition? Stress? We have answers!
What activity have you always wanted to explore? How can you alleviate your stress? Artful Home Care can help!
So often our loved ones may be in a position where small improvements in their life can make a BIG difference in the quality of life they lead. But we are all so busy that we are often pulled between helping our own children, keeping up at work, and taking care of our aging family members.
Or you might be an active professional caregiver but you don’t have the training or background to help you answer these questions.
CALL US! 631-259-6472– We are working to answer these questions for you. We are pleased to have amazing resources working with us to make this happen!
We want to give a big shout out to a few people who have recently provided some great tools to Artful Home Care!
Zoe Korbin, Associate Director of Education and Programs at the Wellness Foundation
Zoe has agreed to field any questions related to improving overall wellness. Zoe led our September Self Care workshop for caregivers and they had so many questions and we want to keep those questions coming! If you are a professional or family caregiver and you have questions related to wellness, we will “Ask Zoe” and share her replies so others can get new ideas and insight!
Gail Baranello, Co-Founder of A&G Dance, Founder of the Moving Through Series
Gail held a Moving Through Stress, Filling Your Cup workshop for the Artful Home Care caregivers and staff this month. We are going to open that movement and healing workshop to other caregivers in the community next month! We all need tools to help us release stress in a healthy way!
Diane Schade, AGPCNP-BC, Geriatric, and Palliative Nurse Practitioner
Diane will meet with families directly to answer questions and evaluate what the best changes are that you can make, in accordance with your health care needs. She can asses what will benefit the individual and determine what changes can and should be implemented to lead the best life possible!
We want to say a special thank you to all the caregivers and staff who are asking questions, engaging our clients, and improving the well being of the people they work with! Thank you to Mary, who works week after week to develop tools and share them with our care team! Your sincerity and dedication to the well being of our clients and our caregivers are a blessing. You are all doing great work for our community! Thank you!
We encourage you to reach out, ask your questions and let us help!
